belated birthday surprise celebration

I was going to babysit for my sister, and I thought to make it extra fun, I'd have a surprise party for my niece and daughter. As I was out buying balloons and ingredients to make ice cream, my sister surprised me by showing up an hour earlier than expected. SURPRISE is on ME! =P
